Our Services
The Nairne Lions offer a range of volunteer opportunities, by joining us in existing projects or by supporting your community project ideas and giving you the opportunity to lead them.
We also have equipment hire and access to our Railway Station Rooms for community events and gatherings.
Equipment
Welcome to our equipment hire service! We provide a wide range of resources to support local projects, helping make a difference in our community. Our inventory includes chairs, lightweight mould trestle tables, a BBQ trailer with hydraulic brakes (please ensure you have food handling certification), a generator, and more. Reach out to us for current hire rates and let’s work together to bring your initiatives life!
Facilities
Our Railway Station Rooms are available for community use. These spaces are perfect for meetings, workshops, and events that foster community spirit. We have audio visual equipment available, including projector, screen and sound system. The Railway Station and associated Cottage also have internet, and plenty of free parking available. The Railway Precinct is under constant renovation and renewal retaining a mix of olde world charm with modern conveniences. Rates for cottage rooms start from $25 ph for casual hire.
